Advantages:

Центр города, имеется все для проживания. Квартира теплая, светлая.

Disadvantages:

Задумка по дизайну хорошая, но уже все находиться в удовлетворительном состоянии. Присутствует запах в квартире. Я проживал один терпимо, с детьми не рекомидовал бы этот вариант.
