Загородный двухэтажный дом у Красноярского водохранилища, район залива «Шумиха» (100 м от берега), дорога асфальт. Находится рядом с б/о «Три капитана», недалеко от эко-парка «Адмирал». Закрытая территория.
Отличное место для отдыха в семейном кругу, с друзьями или коллегами (до 14 человек).
Два этажа с мебелью и бытовой техникой, ЖК TV. На 1 этаже — прихожая, зал, кухня. В доме чисто, с собой желательно брать домашнюю сменную обувь (теплые носки). Имеется вся необходимая посуда, холодильник, чайник, микроволновая печь, плита, духовка.
