Advantages:

Удобное местоположение, тихие соседи, удобное дистанционное заселение

Disadvantages:

На двери в ванной/туалете сломан замок, закрыться невозможно, с парковкой во дворе очень сложно, не хватило постельного белья на всех, большой залог.
