Не размещаем лиц моложе 25. От 4х суток в летнее время.

Под балконом видна детская площадка, которая находится на втором этаже паркинга. Закрытый тихий двор, можно спать с открытыми окнами - нет шума машин из-за удачного расположения дома между Взлетной и Партизана Железняка, боковой выход на Автовокзал - пешком 10 минут.

Вентилятор. Двухспальная кровать на 140 см и такой же диван при разборе на 140см. Предоставляем по два полотенца на человека. Белоснежное белье - ни каких цветочков.

Стеновая подсветка. Телевизор с домашним кинотеатром и подпиской Wink.

WIFI. Кухонный гарнитур с вытяжкой. Вся посуда. Духовки нет, есть СВЧ.


Бойлер. Комфортная душевая кабина, коврик на полу. Фен есть по умолчанию.


Возможен ранний заезд, при открытой дате на кануне и после возможного согласования.

Курение строго запрещено.

Не размещаем для праздников и лиц моложе 25.

Отчётные документы.

- Обеспечительный платеж за соблюдение правил проживания 3000руб., возвращаем после уборки в квартире.

- Обеспечительный платеж за кнопку от шлагбаума + 2500руб. Если не берете, не платите. Возврат после проверки, что кнопка в сейф/боксе.
