Advantages:

Очень красивый вид из окна, что днем, что ночью. Недалеко хорошие места для прогулок, можно прогуляться. Бесконтактное заселение.

Disadvantages:

На фото квартира выглядит более ухоженной. На деле — уставший ремонт, на балконе — старый хлам. Унитаз зассанный был, вот это испортило впечатление. Как-то брезгливо было.
