Advantages:

Как на фото. Кровать удобная, бельё хорошее. Мне было важно место: оно подошло на 100%. Бесконтактное заселение удобное. Есть посуда, стиралка-лапочка, балкон. Шустрый вайфай.

Disadvantages:

Очень громкий холодильник, пришлось выключить, работать рядом невозможно. Хорошо зима. Очень громкие соседи: музыка и тв. В ванной течет по бортику, шторка тоже условная, липнет к телу. Хорошо 1 этаж.
