Advantages:

Квартира соответствует фотографиям, бесконтактное заселение. Есть гель для душа, шампунь, капсулы для стирки и кухонные принадлежности. Дом заселен не полностью, поэтому тихо. Есть вай-фай.

Disadvantages:

Проблема во всем доме - сильный шум (гул) из кранов, если они открыты (льётся вода). Есть сквозная дырка во входной двери небольшого диаметра.
