Advantages:

Жила в другой, об этой ничего не скажу. Ту которую предложили была дальше, Ястынская 4, лифт не работал, на 7 этаж приходилось подниматься по лесенкам, а так вроде все нормально было. Пришла, переночевала, ушла. Телевизор, стиральная машинка, чайник, холодильник, плита. Все рабочее, чайником и плитой не успела воспользоваться.

Disadvantages:

Лифт не работал.
