Локация. Сам жк. Вид из квартиры. Заведения рядом. Наличие веранды в жк!

Disadvantages:

Материалы в ремонте использованы очень дешевые. Из-за этого есть проблемы с душем и матрас на кровати дешевый и продавливался под весам тела до досок.
