Advantages:

Интересная локация. Довольно хороший ремонт. За свои деньги квартира неплохая. Рядом много магазинов, кафе. Район новый, с парковкой проблем не возникло.

Disadvantages:

В жаркое лето нужен кондиционер. Пора освежить сан. технику. Краны, унитаз болтается и тд. Полотенца нуждаются в хорошей стирки неприятный запах.
