Очень уютный и тихий дворик, всегда можно найти место для парковки автомобиля. Все в шаговой доступности. Нам понравилось

Disadvantages:

Запах канализации на первом этаже. В самой квартире ванная комната, кухня (раковина) посуда не совсем чистые были. Жалко, что не было телевизора на кухне
