Advantages:

Забронированную квартиру заменили на другую, т.к в этой возникли проблемы с отоплением, заменили заранее, совсем рядом с первой, по той же стоимости. В квартире чисто, тепло, имеется всё необходимое для проживания. В шаговой доступности магазины, остановка. Вежливый сервис. Нам понравилось, однозначно будем обращаться еще😇

Advantages:

В центре и все рядом.

Disadvantages:

Почти двое суток не было горячей воды, нам об этом не кто не чего не сказал, хозяин знал об этом заранее, но нам не сообщил
