Advantages:

Квартира находится в удобном месте.

Disadvantages:

Очееееень грязно! Постельное белье уже далеко не свежее,на ощупь неприятное. На «одну» ночь может и сойдёт,но для длительного проживания вообще не подходит.(3+ суток) и самый главный недостаток- не вернули залог в размере 1000 рублей.
