Advantages:

Хорошее расположение, бесконтактное заселение

Disadvantages:

Квартира не соответствует описанию. На сайте пишут, что заселение с 13 00 , а по факту с 14 00. А на самом деле пришлось ждать до 14 35. Депозит тысяча рублей, так ещё приходится уговаривать, чтобы вернули.

Advantages:

Удобное расположение рядом с ТЦ. Покровский, с заселением не было никаких проблем.

Disadvantages:

Сломан диван, стул, вешалка в ванной.
