Advantages:

Расположение супер. Самый центр Красноярска. Удобно, что это уже не совсем гостиница и ещё нет квартира. Средний вариант, когда есть администратор, на случай каких-то вопросов, но нет гостиничного пафоса и навязчивости персонала.

Disadvantages:

Если придираться, то старовата мебель, как раз как обычно в квартирах бывает. Площадь минимальная, как в гостиницах. Но за такие цены однозначно норм.
