Advantages:

Вежливые девушки-администраторы, инфраструктура: рядом остановка, магазины. Обновлена мебель: кровати и стулья.

Disadvantages:

Достаточно старый фонд, старые ковры с пятнами. В номере одна тумба на двоих. Чувствуется, что в номерах курят, несмотря на запрет.
